Alexis Phillips, Chief Coaching Technology Officer
A founding partner of Team Coaching International and a co-developer of the Team Diagnostic™ assessment tool, Alexis is a pioneer in the field of team coaching. For nearly 20 years, she has worked tirelessly in organization and relationship systems coaching. Alexis combines her in-depth understanding of team development techniques with an irrepressible desire to help teams succeed. She has served clients in a full spectrum of industries; a partial list includes Oracle, Microsoft, Corbis, ITP, Compaq Computer and Market Tools. Alexis is the co-founder of the Work Group and Team Coaching (SIG) for the International Coach Federation. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training & Development. Alexis is a diligent organizer and an irresistible motivator who is using her talents to turn low-performing groups into positive, productive, highly successful teams.

Phillip Sandahl, Chief Coaching Officer 
A Master Certified Coach, Phil is an internationally recognized authority on Team Coaching. He is a founding partner of Team Coaching International and co-developer of the Team Diagnostic™ assessment. Phil is co-author of "Co-Active Coaching," universally considered the leading textbook on coaching and now available in several languages. He is a senior course leader for The Coaches Training Institute, where he leads the professional coaching curriculum, the Organization and Relationship Systems curriculum and the Leadership Program. Phil led the first coaching courses for CTI in the UK and Norway. He lived in Japan for nearly two years leading coaching courses and training Japanese course leaders. Phil has nearly 15 years of experience working with coaches and teams in organizations North America, Asia, Europe and Antarctica. Clients include Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson and the United States Navy. Phil believes that in the organizational world teams exist to produce results, and that high performing teams have learned to maximize both productivity and positivity. Under his tutelage, Team Coaching International turns collections of disparate individuals into inspired, productive teams.
